Two More Great Days of Ministry in Caldera

When we enjoyed our first two days of serving the sweet community of Caldera a couple of months ago, we knew there would be a number of folks that time wouldn't allow us to reach. We had one open set of dates on our calendar, so we agreed to return for two more days so no one would be left out.

What a blessing those two days were! Father gave us a little more relaxed pace than usual, which gave us more time to spend with folks, and the proximity of the community to Boquete and David (the home bases of most of our team) made for an easy commute. The pastor and church, the Centro Restauracion de Familiar, were so kind and accommodating, we were made to feel like family. They even blessed each member of our team with a prayer of blessing and a bag of local vegetables at the end of our time with them there.

Many times we have pastors from other churches visit our outreaches because they have heard of our desire to expand God's kingdom by helping them reach their communities. Today, we were honored to meet two pastors from Chincha, Peru, brought by some friends from the home fellowship we attend. We are excited that our Father may expand our borders further and allow us to serve with them in Peru.

Our team was blessed to touch over 160 more lives during this outreach, bringing the total number of lives touched in Caldera to over 400. I am in awe at what God is doing here in Panama and Latin America. His goodness, grace and provision are beyond measure. Our team is amazing. The churches and communities we serve are so welcoming and grateful, and the peace, love and joy the Holy Spirit gives us as we serve is beyond comprehension.

We give all the glory to God our Father, and praise Him for His goodness to us! Amen.
